And the day arrived! The “princes” Pablo Lima y Juani Mieres assaulted the World Padel Tour circuit leadership, beating the record of Juan Martín Díaz and Fernando Belasteguin, who has been for the last 12 years the uninterrupted world leaders of paddle.

The Lima-Mieres in World Padel Tour de Badajoz debut took place in Complejo Alcántara facility, where Gastón Malacalza and Nacho Gadea couple was defeated by 6/1 y 6/2.

After the victory, Lima said that this was the objective they pursued for a long time, and that “we have to keep on working the same way, trying to consolidate this goal and not being pressured by it”.
