Argentina won its eighth World Paddle TennisChampionships in men’s category, after the finals with 2-1 against the Brazilian team in the mexicanRiviera Maya.

The first point was set for the Argentinian pairCristian Ozan and Mariano Lasaigues, winning 6-1, 7-6 (7-4) against the Brazilian pair Stefano Flores andLucas Campagnolo.

However, for the second pointthe open tournamentfinalists Gustavo Pratto and Gonzalo Diaz from Argentina had to face the Brazilian world champions, GervasioJulianotti Bond and Julio who repeated to triumph with 6-1 and 6-4to even the score.
