The history of Campos Racing was founded in 1998 when Adrian Campos decided after having competed successfully for over eighteen years in passenger cars and championships, it was time to form his own motor-racing team.

His wish in this new project was to bring new talented young people to a greater level in the world of competition within motorsports. Campos Motorsport was founded in 1998, renamed Campos Racing in 2005, and later under a new image, changed to Campos Grand Prix in 2007.

During almost 30 years Adrian Campos has been active within the circuits he has been working in almost all the possible positions in this high-speed sport, from racing car driver to team-manager or manager of the drivers. This trajectory has converted him to one of the most respected and charismatic personalities in the scene of the Motor Sports, both in Spain and internationally.

Currently, Campos Racing is the Spanish team of Auto GP and European F3 Open and from this year 2012 VARLION will be the Official Supplier of the textile-equipment for the team.
