Once a purchase is made on our online shop, the customer will receive two emails to his/her email address.
1.- The first one is the order confirmation which includes the summary of the purchase and all the information the customer has provided for its shipping and invoicing.
2.- The second one is sent automatically when the order has left our warehouse. In this email a tracking number is provided so that the customer can check the status of his order through the corresponding transport company webpage. For international shipments , this email will be sent within 1 or 2 days later after the order has been sent.
If you have a problem with your product, you should send it to the central technical service to be valued at postage prepaid. The procedure will always be the same: send an email to the Department of Claims and Customer Service (email@example.com) attaching photographs where you can see the problem of the product in question. If the product is a padel racket, the client must send a total of six photos:
1. A photo of one of the front faces of the padel racket.
2. A photo of the other front face of the padel racket.
3. A photo of one of the profiles of the padel racket.
4. A photo of the other profile of the padel racket.
5. A photo of the area of the break.
6. A close up photo of the silver sticker that contains the authenticity code of the padel racket.
If the problem is manufacturing, you will be sent the changed product by the company or you will be managed the change according to stocks.
If it is not a manufacturing fault, the customer will be notified again to proceed with the withdrawal of their product.
Guarantees of the padel racket.
The warranty of our rackets is 6 months counting from the date of purchase. It will only cover manufacturing defects and will never be subject to bumps or misuse by the consumer.
All rackets present a code of authenticity, which guarantees the origin and authenticity of our product. It will be an essential requirement that said code be in the blade as it leaves the factory. Likewise, to be able to enjoy the guarantee, the purchase ticket of the establishment will be requested.
In case the code is tampered with, which occurs when it is taken off and re-pasted, we will not attend to its warranty. The claims of rackets which do not present the code of authenticity will lack all type of guarantee, since we do not know the origin of the product.
