If this is your case and you are part of this group, you will not be able to resist the advantages of belonging to the Varlion Club. For you, we have thought of another different level, the Pro level. Being different, you will also have your own Varlion Club card.

These two factors are taken into account:

PURCHASES IN THE ONLINE STORE: If you make purchases in the website’s online store, the amount you spend will automatically be added to your pot.

PURCHASES IN PHYSICAL STORES:  If you make your purchases in physical stores (exclusive Varlion stores or other stores affiliated with the Varlion Club), you will have to access a form on our website where we will request that you send us a photo of the purchase receipt or invoice. In a couple of days it will be validated and your level will be updated if applicable, or you will accumulate more money in your pot until you get the amount needed to level up. We recommend you download the card to your mobile phone to always have it accessible. To do this, you simply have to access your account through the website, go to the personal data section and, in the “Club Varlion” section you will have the option to download your card, you can also use this section to modify your data personal whenever you want. Every time you level up, you will need to log back into your personal account to download the new card.

Below we explain how discounts are redeemed:

For purchases in the online store official varlion.com you simply have to access your Club Varlion account by entering your email and password, select the products you want to buy and the system will automatically apply the corresponding discount to your cart.

For purchases in exclusive Varlion stores (Varlion Stores) and in participating physical/online stores.Show the card on your mobile phone to the staff at the venue so they can apply the discounts. The card shows your name, surname, registration date and membership number.

How do I request my Varlion Club card?
It’s very easy, enter the online store on the website through the PRODUCTS or OUTLET menu and click on the login icon that you can find at the top right. Then select the “create my account” option and follow the steps indicated on the screen below.

Does being a member of the Varlion Club have any cost?
No, it is a completely free program that anyone can access. We do not charge any type of cost or maintenance.

Does my Varlion Club card expire?
No, the card is promotional and has no expiration date.

Is it possible that someone else can enjoy my benefits?
No, the Varlion Club card is personal and non-transferable. Each one has the name, membership number and registration date of the client written on it and only the owner can use it. Physical points of sale have the right to request the identification document if they deem it appropriate.

Do the promotions I receive as a member expire?
Yes, each promotion or offer that we launch exclusively for Varlion Club members has an expiration date. Once passed, you will not be able to access the promotion even if you are a member of the Club.

How are the cards downloaded to the mobile phone?
Enter your Club Varlion member account using the email and password with which you registered and access the “Club Varlion” section within your personal information. There you will see an image of your card; Click on it and you can download it to your photo gallery. Every time you level up your card changes, so you will have to repeat this same process to download the new card that corresponds to your current level.

Does the Club Varlion card serve as a payment method?
No, the Varlion Club membership card is for informational purposes only. It is not a credit card nor does it serve as a promotional voucher to make purchases.
