• It is COMPULSORY for the customer to be a member of the Varlion Club.

 

• The customer will have 72 hours to test it after having received the product at his own home.

 

• You are only and exclusively allowed to get one free change of model and weight. Should the customer want more changes, he will have to pay the shipping costs.

 

• Club members will be able to test each model ONLY and no more than one time for the same purchase, as you are not allowed to repeat without prior authorization of the brand. For instance: a customer buys a paddle racket with a date to test it. He cannot buy the same paddle racket again to test it 15 days after, that it is to say that the customer is only allowed to test it for only one purchase. However, he will be able to buy it as an usual purchase without testing.

 

• In case a customer wants to test the same model a second time, he will have to apply for it to the brand by sending an email to: direction [email protected] and to apply for a test extension. Varlion will decide whether it is applicable or not.

 

• If a customer wants to test a more expensive paddle racket than the one he has bought, he will have to pay the difference in order to receive such product.

 

• If a customer finally accepts to take a cheaper paddle racket than the one he has bought, Varlion will refund the difference through the same form of payment as the customer.

 

• In case of tubular or surface breakage, no change will be made . The paddle racket will be returned to the customer and will be considered as sold and no claims will be accepted.

 

• This service is subject to stock availability.

 

• Varlion reserve the right to remove ‘Test and Buy’ at any time and without previous notice or through a note on its webpage, social networks or its newsletter.

 

• If a customer buys more than an item of the same model through the service Test and Buy, only one item will be considered.

 

• This service is available through the website varlion.com in Spain and Portugal; and also in all the stores attached to the Varlion Club in your place of residence. Consult the merchants attached in the “where to buy” section of the website.
