In this way, members will be able to have benefits by acquiring products on our website and exclusive stores, and also in any other establishment (physical store, club or online store) that is attached to the Varlion Club, anywhere in the world.
Through this new program, the members of the Varlion Club are classified at different levels based on their seniority and the purchases made in the online store and physical stores. And, depending on the one, each client will be able to access certain levels of our discounts for all purchases made in exclusive points of sale as well as in physical stores, clubs and online stores that are part of the program.

THE MAIN ADVANTAGES OF VARLION CLUB

Test the padel rackets with Test & Buy. Become a member of the Varlion Club and you can benefit from acquiring your padel racket from the new collection with the Test & Buy service, which allows you to buy the padel racket, test it for 72 hours and, if you are not convinced, we will refund your money. Free shipping costs. Become a member of the Varlion Club and we will give you the shipping costs in Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) if you buy through the online store and exceed the minimum order of € 100. In the case of the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the minimum purchase is € 250.
Offer of promotions exclusives. Become a member of the Varlion Club and you can benefit from exclusive offers and promotions on our products, as well as promotional discount codes that we will send you by sending Newsletters, communication on the website and social networks.

The Club Varlion loyalty program has been further revamped in terms of functionality. In total there are three levels:
– CLUB VARLION CARBON LEVEL –
For those Varlion Club members who have spent a total amount between € 0 and 749€ .
At this level, members get a 10% discount on all purchases.
– CLUB VARLION SUPER PRO LEVEL –
For those members of the Varlion Club who have spent a total amount between 750€ and 1,499€ or have been in the Club for more than 2 years.
At this level, members get a 15% discount on all purchases.
– CLUB VARLION SUMMUM LEVEL –
For those Varlion Club members who have spent more than 1,500€ or have been in the Club for more than 3 years.
At this level, members get a 20% discount on all purchases.
HOW TO LEVEL UP
To level up, two variables are taken into account: the length of time you have registered in the Varlion Club or the amount you have spent in the store (either online or physically) as a member.
SHOPPING IN THE ONLINE STORE
If you make purchases in the online store of the website, the amount you spend will automatically be added to your jackpot.
PURCHASES IN PHYSICAL STORES
If you make your purchases in physical stores (either exclusive Varlion stores or other stores that are attached to the Varlion Club), you will have to access a form on our website where we will request that you send us a legible photo of the purchase receipt or invoice . In a couple of days your ticket / invoice will be validated and your level will be updated if applicable, or you will accumulate more amount in your pot until you get the necessary amount to level up. HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE VARLION CLUB CARD ON YOUR MOBILE
We recommend that you download the card to your mobile once you sign up to always have it at hand and make sure it is easily accessible at all times. To do this, you simply have to access your account through the website by entering your email and password, then go to the section of your personal data and, in the “Club Varlion” section you will have the option to download your card available. Of course, you can also use this section to modify your personal data whenever you want.

How do I apply for my Varlion Club card?
It is very easy, enter the online store of the website through the PRODUCTS or OUTLET menu and click on the login icon that you can find at the top right. Then select the option “create my account” and follow the steps that will be indicated on the screen below.
Does being a member of the Varlion Club have any cost?
No, it is a totally free program that anyone can access. We do not charge any type of cost or maintenance.
Does my Varlion Club card expire?
No, the card is promotional and does not have an expiration date.
Is it possible that someone else can enjoy my benefits?
No, the Club Varlion card is personal and non-transferable. Each one bears the name, membership number and registration date of the client and only the owner can use it. The physical points of sale have the right to request the identification document if they deem it convenient.
Do the promotions I receive as a member expire?
Yes, each promotion or offer that we launch exclusively for Varlion Club members has an expiration date. Once passed, you will not be able to access the promotion even if you are a member of the Club.
How are the cards downloaded on the mobile?
Enter your Club Varlion member account through the email and password with which you registered and access the “Club Varlion” section within your personal information. There you will see an image of your card; click on it and you can download it to your photo gallery. Every time you level up your card changes, so you will have to repeat this same process to download the new card that corresponds to your current level.

Does the Club Varlion card serve as a payment method?
No, the Club Varlion membership card is merely informative. It is not a credit card nor does it serve as a promotional voucher to make purchases.

CÓMO SUBIR DE NIVEL
Para subir de nivel se tienen en cuenta dos variables: la antigüedad que llevas dado de alta en el Club Varlion o el importe que hayas gastado en la tienda (ya sea online o física) siendo socio.
COMPRAS EN LA TIENDA ONLINE
Si realizas las compras en la tienda online de la página web, el importe que gastes se sumará automáticamente a tu bote.
COMPRAS EN TIENDAS FÍSICAS
Si realizas tus compras en tiendas físicas (ya sean tiendas exclusivas de Varlion u otras tiendas que estén adheridas al Club Varlion), tendrás que acceder a un formulario en nuestra página web donde solicitaremos que nos envíes una foto bien legible del ticket o factura de compra. En un par de días tu ticket/factura será validado y tu nivel se actualizará si corresponde, o acumularás más importe en tu bote hasta conseguir el necesario para subir de nivel. CÓMO DESCARGAR LA TARJETA DEL CLUB VARLION EN EL MÓVIL
Te recomendamos descargar la tarjeta en tu móvil una vez que te des de alta para tenerla siempre a mano y asegurarte de que esté fácilmente accesible en todo momento. Para ello, simplemente tienes que acceder a tu cuenta a través de la página web introduciendo tu email y contraseña, luego dirígete al apartado de tus datos personales y, en la sección “Club Varlion” tendrás disponible la opción para descargar tu tarjeta. Por supuesto, también puedes utilizar esta sección para modificar tus datos personales cuando lo desees.
Cada vez que subas de nivel, será necesario que vuelvas a acceder a tu cuenta personal para descargar la nueva tarjeta.

Este es el proceso más sencillo. Simplemente tienes que acceder a tu cuenta del Club Varlion introduciendo tu email y contraseña, seleccionar los productos que deseas comprar y el sistema automáticamente te aplicará el descuento que te corresponde en tu carrito, en función del nivel al que pertenezcas.
Para compras en tiendas exclusivas de Varlion (Varlion Stores) y en tiendas físicas/online adheridas
Muestra la tarjeta en tu móvil al personal del lugar para que te apliquen los descuentos. En la tarjeta se muestra tu nombre, apellidos, fecha de alta y número de socio.

Podrán comprar con un 40% de descuento en todas sus compras mientras realicen un pedido mínimo de 500€/US$ por compra.
Gracias a estar adherido al Club Varlion como profesional, podrás vender a nuestros socios con los mismos descuentos que en nuestra web/tiendas exclusivas.

¿Cómo solicito mi tarjeta del Club Varlion?
Es muy fácil, entra a la tienda online de la página web a través del menú PRODUCTOS o OUTLET y haz click en el ícono de inicio de sesión que podrás encontrar arriba del todo a la derecha. Luego selecciona la opción “crear mi cuenta” y sigue los pasos que se indicarán en la pantalla a continuación.
¿Ser miembro del Club Varlion tiene algún coste?
No, es un programa totalmente gratuito al que cualquier persona puede acceder. No cobramos ningún tipo de coste ni mantenimiento.
¿Caduca mi tarjeta del Club Varlion?
No, la tarjeta es promocional y no tiene fecha de caducidad.
¿Es posible que otra persona pueda disfrutar de mis ventajas?
No, la tarjeta del Club Varlion es personal e intransferible. Cada una lleva escrita el nombre, número de socio y fecha de alta del cliente y solamente podrá hacer uso de ella el titular. Los puntos de venta físicos tienen derecho a solicitar el documento identificativo en caso de creerlo conveniente.
¿Caducan las promociones que recibo como socio?
Sí, cada promoción u oferta que lanzamos de forma exclusiva para socios del Club Varlion tiene fecha de caducidad. Una vez superada, no podrás acceder a la promoción aunque seas miembro del Club.
¿Cómo se descargan las tarjetas en el móvil?
Entra a tu cuenta de socio del Club Varlion a través del email y contraseña con el cual te registraste y accede a la sección “Club Varlion” dentro de tu información personal. Ahí verás una imagen de tu tarjeta; haz click en ella y te la podrás descargar a tu galería de fotos. Cada vez que subas de nivel tu tarjeta cambia, por lo que tendrás que repetir este mismo proceso para descargar la tarjeta nueva que corresponda a tu nivel actual.
