RADIO technology (patented in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office under number 202030310) is a new way of manufacturing paddle rackets. At the same time, a special mold has had to be developed that includes ” tetons” that simulate the holes of the blade in positive, in order to guide the correct placement of the materials (rubber and tissues).

As a result, the racket comes out of the mold already with its holes, without the need to drill its surface.

Benefits:

We achieve that the holes do not have a 90º angle (which is the angle that a drill bit generates when penetrating the surface), but the holes are left with a radius that rounds the edge of the holes, thus eliminating the surface tension that is caused in the blade after “weakening” it with the drilling.

The structure generated by the fabrics and the epoxy resin is not broken, so the surface is much more resistant.

And finally, since the surface is now more resistant, we can use fewer layers of fabrics for the construction of the racket, therefore, it is now lighter and more flexible, consequently improving the player’s speed of movement, making all his movements faster.
